WBJEE Students Suffer Badly in Joint Exams

 Rain all day, with traffic! Examiners who Faces ultimate suffering from first day of joint exam



It rained all day and because of insufficient of transportation, the Joint Entrance Examiners of Bengal practically suffered badly all day. Meanwhile, in the midst of the Corona crisis, the state administration had earlier said that it had made several preparations so that the transport system would not be a hindrance to the candidates. But even then the last was not saved.

Examination Held According to Supreme Court Order

According to Supreme court, the main  joint entrance test is to be held from 1st September to 6th September. Besides, the net medical test is scheduled to be held on September 13. The center has arranged all the examinations as per the latest order of the Supreme Court. On the other hand, the National Testing Agency, which is responsible for preventing corona infections between tests, last week issued a guideline containing multiple safety rules.



Lack of Transportation

 Meanwhile, the state transport department take several steps for the convenience of joint and net examinees. The state government also directed to start the bus from 5 am keeping in mind the test. But candidates from several places including North 24 Parganas, Bahrampur, Malda and Siliguri have claimed that they could not see the bus even after waiting for a long time.

Many examinees not arrived on time in the tast centre due to traffic problems and Lack of transportation. Meanwhile, the state transport department had earlier directed the owners' organizations to ensure the services of private buses, taxis and autorickshaws on test days. But it is clear from the picture that the special work was not done.

What is the total number of candidates?

On the other hand, the parents also said that as a result of Monday's lockdown, the examinees had to face multiple difficulties. Many have to rent hotels next to the test centers in advance. Meanwhile, sources said that 12.75 lakh Admid cards have been downloaded for Net till 6 pm on Monday. On the other hand, it is reported that 8.56 lakh candidates are sitting for the main examination of the current Joint Entrance.
