Rhea Chakraborty was granted bail a month later in a drug case, while her brother Shauvik was not released



The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted bail to actress Riya Chakraborty in a drug case in connection with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The bail was granted on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. However, the High Court did not grant bail to the actress' brothers Shauvik and Abdel Basit. The High Court also granted bail to Sushant Singh Rajput's cook Deepesh Sawant and house manager Samuel Mirander. They also got bail on a personal bond of 50,000. The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Riya on September 9 on charges of drugging Sushant. Since then, the rear seat has been in Bayakulla court. 

Rhea associated with the drug syndicate 

Rhea Chakraborty was in a relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput. He and his brother Shauvik are closely associated with the Mumbai drug syndicate. Shauvik was arrested by the NCB on September 4. He applied to the Bombay High Court after his special bail application was rejected by a special court. The rear jail custody was extended till October 20 on Tuesday.

 Rhea said in her application that based on the allegations against her, she used to buy drugs for her boyfriend Sushant, who was rescued from a flat in Bandra on June 14. However, Rhea said she was falsely implicated in the case.

Director Anubhav Sinha, Hansal Mehta, writer Konika Dhillon and others welcomed the decision of the Bombay High Court. Actress Swara Bhaskar wrote, "Uriah has been granted bail relying on time." In another tweet, Swara wrote, "Now the CBI and AIIMS have also said that Sushant Singh Rajput died of suicide. Some people did not want to return the reward given by the government." '

Hansal Mehta asked Riya to rest

 Director Hansal Mehta tweeted, "Go and rest for a while". Writer Kanika Dhillon tweeted, "Riya finally gets bail." The NCB has already questioned several top Bollywood actors and actresses in the case. Later some more are in the scanner of NCB.
