Yogi police unmasked Hathras Kand, Adityanath's hand on ED's statement
Uttar Pradesh police had lodged an FIR against 400 people, including Bhimsena chief Chandrasekhar Azad, for violating the law. Besides, it was alleged that Bhimsenar has links with PFI. Not only that, but the Hathras incident also raised allegations of foreign funding. Allegedly, this is 100 crore rupees to spread communal tension in Uttar Pradesh. However, the ED said that these allegations are false.
Allegations of foreign funding of 100 crore
On the same day, the ED made it clear that the PFI had no connection with Bhimsena. Moreover, there was no evidence of foreign funding of Rs 100 crore to spread tension. On the basis of this allegation, Yogi Adityanath and his state police have been working for the last few days to convict the victim's family in the Hathras case.
Allegations of another conspiracy surrounding the Hathras incident
The Uttar Pradesh administration and police said there was another conspiracy surrounding the Hathras incident. Sedition, conspiracy, incitement to racial and religious hatred, tampering with electronic evidence, conspiracy and defamation cases have been filed against the state. So far, Uttar Pradesh police has registered 19 cases in this regard.
Speculation about the sample test after 11 days
Incidentally, allegations have been leveled against the Yogi government and the police for not properly investigating the Hathras incident. Police, however, claimed that the forensic report did not find any evidence of rape in the body of the Hathras girl. Samples of the girl were tested at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Agra According to the forensic team, he was not raped However, 11 days after the incident, experts questioned the accuracy of the sample test.
ED has checked Justice for Heath's Victim's website
The website called 'Justice for Hath's Victim' has been searched by ED. It was claimed that after checking the website, he got information about foreign funding of Tk 100 crore. Although the ED made it clear that day, they did not find any such addition. This once again proves that the Uttar Pradesh police is trying to divert the investigation by making all these claims.
Yogi police arrested the journalists
Meanwhile Uttar Pradesh police arrested three Kerala journalists on their way to Hathras a few days ago. According to the police, these journalists are associated with PFI. A case has been filed against these journalists under Section 16 of the UAPA. Police claim that the three men went to Hathras and tried to create racial divisions.
