Court issued notice for media for Sushant Singh Rajput case reporting



Tuesday, The Bombay High court issued notice to the central government to stop media from reporting news related to Sushant Singh Rajput's death and his investigation case. Total three petition filed in Bombay High court. The head chief Justice Dipankar Dutta already hearing two petition. One petition filed by film maker Nilesh Navlaka and two others filed by eight former police officer from Pune.

The Bombay High court also requested to media that they aren't publishing or broadcasting anything related to Sushant's death till the final decision of High Court. According to Petition, Media reporting on the death of Sushant Singh Rajput is very disturbing to a large extent.




This petition filed because it's create a constitution balance between the free press of media and administration of Justice. In petition also said that The press has also published private message of Sushant Singh Rajput, Statement of accused and hospital staff. It States that reporting such things is against of rights of parties and it also have an impact on the investigation of the case. The court issued a notice to Central Government  on the application and said " We will hear the matters together"
