IPL 2020: Sunil Gavaskar Give Explaination about Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli's Statement

Legendary Sunil Gavaskar, who dropped two catches against Kings XI Punjab and returned to the dressing room with just one run, smiled at Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli. By adding the name of his wife and Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma, Sunny has sparked a bigger controversy. As soon as the actress opened her mouth about this, Gavaskar explained her statement.



 Sunil Gavaskar claims that the comments he made about Biruska in the commentary box during the IPL 2020 match between RCB and Punjab were reversed. Sunny also said that he had no intention of insulting Team India captain Virat Kohli or actress Anushka Sharma.

In the wake of Anushka Sharma's attack, Sunil Gavaskar has said that his statement has been misinterpreted. In fact, he wanted to say that he could not practice in the lockdown due to the corona virus. In this situation, Team India captain Virat Kohli was seen playing tennis with his wife Anushka Sharma at his Mumbai residence. That video also went viral on social media. Legendary Gavaskar said that he only mentioned the incident in the commentary box.

 Debate over that Virat Kohli dropped two catches on the field on Thursday. Easy and loppa ball went out of the hands of the RCB captain. It turned out that Thursday was not a good day for Virat, who returned to the dressing room with just one run against Kings XI Punjab. Explaining this, Sunil Gavaskar allegedly made bad comments about the RCB captain's wife and Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma in the commentary box.

Actress Anushka Sharma has written an open letter to Sunil Gavaskar on social media. She said it was unfortunate that the Indian legend had made bad comments about her husband's failure.



 Anushka Sharma has asked Gavaskar to think twice before making such comments in the future. Even though cricketers are public figures, it is the duty of everyone to keep their private lives separate and respectful, reminded Virat.
